introducing the helter seltzer
We admittedly love a good refreshing seltzer, so as brewers, we shelved our denial and made one that we could enjoy. Fermented malted rice sugar and corn sugar, water, and champagne cider yeast. Try it as is, or ask your server about available mixing flavors. It is, in brewmaster Ernie’s words, “refreshing A.F.”
[Please note: Although brewed to be gluten free, it was processed in a facility that contains gluten. Enjoy accordingly.]

New Menu features
In a food rut? Shake things up a bit with one of our rotating menu features. Here’s what’s we’re offering this summer in addition to all of your regular GRBC favorites:
PASTA RUSTICA, $13: Linguine pasta tossed in a tomato sauce, topped with duck sausage and garnished with shaved parmesan and basil. Served with a side of sourdough toast.
CHICKPEA SALAD WRAP, $10: A combination of spring mix, pickled red onions, dried cherries, green onions and roasted chickpeas in a sun-dried tomato basil wrap. Served with Dank Fries.
BREWERS QUICHE, $8: A classic breakfast dish made a little lighter for spring and summer. A flaky pie crust filled with eggs, goat cheese, thick-cut bacon, spinach and peppadew peppers. Served with a side of our breakfast potatoes. [*available during weekend brunch hours only.]
