ROSALYNN BLISS BLONDE
In honor of beer city USA’s mayor, and her passion for local craft beer, this light-bodied, blonde ale is infused with mango ceylon tea. Its subtle flavors of mango, apricot, tea, toasted malt, biscuit, and toffee complement this classic blonde ale, with a slight hop bitterness on the finish. World Beer Championship gold medal winner.

Built in 1974 by Joseph Kinnebrew, this sculpture was created to aid spawning salmon and steelhead upstream. JOHN BALL BROWN
Named after a true Michigan pioneer instrumental in the development of downtown GR, this fan favorite brown ale has aromas and flavors of chocolate, caramel, dried figs and yeasty bread. Medium-to-full-bodied with moderate carbonation and a rich, clean and silky finish.

This traditional semi-dry and roasty porter deserves a textbook explanation: “Porter is a dark style of beer developed in London from well-hopped beers made from brown malt. The name was first recorded in the 18th century and is thought to come from its popularity with street and river porters.”

We admittedly love a good refreshing seltzer, so as brewers, we shelved our denial and made one that we could enjoy. Fermented malted rice sugar and corn sugar, water, and champagne cider yeast. Try it as is, or ask your server about available mixing flavors. Please note: Although brewed to be gluten free, it was processed in a facility that contains gluten. Enjoy accordingly.

Featuring malt from Proximity Malt and experimental HBC 431 hops this American Pale is malty enough to support the hop profile, but very well balanced with floral flavors, grapefruit, and citrus.

Dark sour ale fermented and aged in oak Madeira barrels. A crisp acidity and hints of blackberry, oak, and dark roast follow aromas of wood and pineapple, with a light balancing touch of caramel malt sweetness.

Career stats: pale ale brewed with flaked oats and finished with strawberries, and vanilla beans. It was then put it on nitro to make it extra smooth. Medium bodied with a nice fruit finish. This pale ale may or may not have helped lead the New York Mets to a world series championship in 1986

The princess has switched it up a bit pairing the funk of brettanomyces and the sweetness of mangos to produce a well bodied tart summer sipper.

Sour ale brewed with 250lbs of guava, and dry hopped with cascade. Nice and bright, the princess has brought us a tart and tropical tasty banger.

We took loads of fresh raspberries and blueberries, and a lil bit of lemon zest, and combined them with our house pale and came up with a slightly sweet, very fruity ale that plays well with others. Great on its own or try mixing with one of our stouts. In the rainbow universe all love is equal, love is universal.

SUR LA LUNE
Sur La Lune returns with a bit more funk and sour complexity this time. Pineapple and tropical fruits, light earthy finish, with a fruity and dank dry hop character from the elusive New Zeeland nelson sauvin hop. Barrel fermented and aged in French oak chardonnay and sauvignon blanc barrels with our diverse house blend of microbial workhorses.
BA GOLDEN SOUR ALE/ 6% ABV / 15 IBUS
DDH IMPERIAL NORDIC FLUX
Insanely juicy double IPA made with Norwegian Kveik yeast and a ludicrous amount of hops. Roughly 15lbs per barrel of Citra, Medusa, Zappa, and Mosaic hops makes this an IPA for the books. This is a beer you tell your grandkids about.
