ROSALYNN BLISS BLONDE
In honor of beer city USA’s mayor, and her passion for local craft beer, this light-bodied, blonde ale is infused with mango ceylon tea. Its subtle flavors of mango, apricot, tea, toasted malt, biscuit, and toffee complement this classic blonde ale, with a slight hop bitterness on the finish. World Beer Championship gold medal winner.

A tropical, citrus, juicy IPA embracing the infinite flux of steady change in the brewing world. It’s better than being a rock in a stream, doing the same old thing every day. Hazy in color and full on flavor, using mosaic and citra hops.

Brewed with 1.5 pounds of strawberries per gallon, Madagascar vanilla beans & lactose. Cascade and citra hops at the core of this sweet, fruity and dangerously good brew.

BLEU LA LUNE
Our Sur La Lune aged on 300lbs of fresh Michigan blueberries for 6 months in French Oak barrels. Fermented with all the funky microbes we could find, it turned out dry, really sour, and funky, while still retaining a hint of sweetness from the blueberries.

A tribute to the late Charles Bradley, the “Screamin Eagle of Soul”. Ethiopian coffee, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, and Costa Rican coffee lend hands to make this stout rich, dark chocolatey, nutty, roasty, & moderately fruit forward coffee. Smooth, velvety coconut, complex, and full-flavored. soothing, yet energizing just like the legendary soul performer.

Warm weather is coming soon, someday, maybe... Peaches and orange blossom water on top of a moderately sweet, medium sour base. Tastes like a warm summer day in a field of flowers.
MIXED CULTURE SOUR ALE/ 6.5% ABV / 15 IBUS
Dark sour ale fermented and aged in oak Madeira barrels. A crisp acidity and hints of blackberry, oak, and dark roast follow aromas of wood and pineapple, with a light balancing touch of caramel malt sweetness.
DARK SOUR ALE/ 7.3% ABV / 8 IBUS
Rich, malty, smooth and warming. Toffee, caramel, red licorice and notes of vanilla, dark fruits, oak and bourbon. This year is our favorite so far. Well balanced and devilishly smooth for the ABV. We tweaked the grain bill to bring out some more dark fruit tones that almost come across as dark cherry leaning into red licorice by bringing in a fuller flavored arrangement of English crystal malts. Aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
